What is the name of the song? i thought it was 'i'll see you at the lights'?

ok, theres this song that i can't find on the internet anywhere, lyrics, youtube, ive found nothing, i think i've got the wrong title.





It's main line is 'i'll see you at the lights'


but other lines i can remember are something along the lines of:


'oh no, did i make you laugh (pause)


do you want an autograph'





its a rock song and in between lyrics is got a good really solid riff. the video clip is a cartoon with 3 band members, weirdly the lead singer has buck teeth. They sit on a roof singing and also just play in a black room.
