If you want things to change the first thing you have to change the way you think. This is an aspect of the therapists teach to people who are trying to recover from having Social Anxiety Disorder. Because you have Social Anxiety Disorder and Body Dismorphic Disorder you most likely over-analyze a lot and have many negative thoughts. You have to stop this negative thought cycle and try to rationalize. Once you stop believing all the over exaggerated negative thoughts that you immediately tell yourself, things will get easier. You have a chance at the life you dream of. You just need to work on self-confidence first. How can you love your life without first learning to love yourself?
Reply:Your self esteem is too low. i've seen many ugly people or very fat people with mates. if you are ugly, you are not the only ugly person who's looking for someone but i doubt it that your not at least a 6. you just need to improve on you self esteem and not give up.
